As a young adult living in Tenerife (Canary Islands) I bought a surfboard, threw myself in the ocean and taught myself to surf. I became addicted and found myself at the beach every single day! Soon I was working in the local surf shop and competing at many local, regional and national surf competitions, bringing home trophies and exciting stories! Naturally when my competitive career came to an end, I began to teach surfing and I worked at a few local surf schools in Playa de Las Americas such as the K16 Surf School and the Arona Tenerife Surf Academy. Before long I set up Surf Shop Segunda Mano, my own business where I bought, sold, repaired and traded used surf equipment of every kind. 

Currently I am working on a little booklet that you can use to teach yourself how to surf. With useful sections like, "how to paddle correctly," and "how to get past the breaking waves." The book contains many helpful pictures and diagrams.

I hope to have the book ready for download soon and shortly thereafter, a printed version for also for shipping.

I also love to write fantasy fiction novels and while I have done so for quite some time, I have never tried to have anything published ...that is, not yet

I would like to continue to expand both my surf teaching and also my novel writing.

As for continuing to teach surfing, I would like to reach a wider audience by way of a tutorial videos that I will release as a DVD.

As for writing, I want to finish work on the fantasy fiction novels I have already started and, once brought to completion, put them up for electronic download and a printed version for shipping.

No doubt I will continue writing fantasy fiction novels for years to come as it is a creative hobby that I just love!
